Arrival Instructions

Address area:

On 116th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, across from Belle Harbour Assisted Living. Please note that our building is tucked behind Ocular Instruments and is not visible from 116th Ave NE.

Parking

1. Turn onto 22nd Place.
2. Drive toward the end of the road.
3. Turn left past the yellow fire hydrant (before the hedge).
4. Park in that area.

Entering the Building

1. Walk into the Overlake Workplace building.
2. Turn right once you enter.
3. Go through the grey door toward the waiting area.

Check-In

1. Walk past the bookshelves.
2. The waiting area is in the back left corner.
3. Sit down and if you haven’t completed the forms in the portal, you can do so on the tablet.
4. Text 425-200-0548 to let them know you’ve arrived.

Bathrooms

1. Please try to use the bathroom before your appointment, as the procedure can take some time.
2. From the waiting area, walk down the hallway to the left.
3. As you walk, you’ll see bathroom signs on the wall to your right confirming you’re heading the correct direction.
4. Continue to the end of the hallway, where the hall makes a sharp right turn.
5. Follow that turn, and at the end of the next section of hallway, turn right again.
6. The bathrooms will be right there.
